Closed Ban for no reason (Balshaw and Shomron)

    My name is Balshaw IG and my friend's name is Shomron.
    We both were PQing Carnival PQ , at the moment we finished a PQ someone arrived and told us "Nice hack".
    At the beginning we thought our game crashed but then we realized he banned us both ( still not sure).
    We've started to play a few days ago and I can ensure you that we both did not use hack. If there's any way to prove it let me know because we play like a week and putted in effort and it doesn't make sense that someone (Admin or whatever) can arrive and ban people for no reason, seriously.
