Closed ID deleted or blocked from connection

    Last thing you did: Entered to a Zakum run as a buyer with "RoyalShot"(from the character "Informal") and instantly D/ced
    Why do you think you got banned?: I'm not sure I'm banned but I was told to make a ban appeal.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "ID deleted or blocked from connection"
    What GM banned you (optional):

    I had the same issue and it was magically resolved after a few days. GM said it was "recycled IP".
    I would love it if you could tell me how I can prevent this from happening.

    PS: I tried to reset my router but it didn't help.

    I wasn't hacking, do you have proof for that ridiculous claim? I was entering to zakum door with an expedition. Why would I hack? I was disconnected because of a long time BUG in your client.

    I was caught hacking on a different character by a GM and got banned when it wasn't even online? please provide me proof of your claim.

    LOL, Okay I looked at your other "Interrogations" at other people's ban appeals and and I'm not surprised. you're too quick on the trigger.
