Incorrect password and unable to reset through email

    Hi admins,

    After the latest patch it seems like I can no longer login my account even though I am sure I did keyed in the correct username and password, I tried to solve this issue through resetting my password through control panel sending me an email.
    But the other problem is that no matter how many times I tried, I still couldn't receive any password reset email from MapleRoyals. Before the patch, I could login my account in game client but not the control panel, so I'm not sure what's going on here. The only thing I can confirm is that I know what is my username and password but it still says my combination is wrong. Any help? >.<

    if your current password is more than 12 characters long, please only type the first 12 characters in order to log into the control panel.
    you can change it back after they update the password length to 100chars :)
