OK. ill be straight, i kinda understand why they remove the cs drop form it, also kinda glad aswell theres going to be an influx of those soooo having anopther source would be too much....but why u didnt replace it with anything else? i was totally shure taht, the day u will remove it, it was being replaced with a Css i though it was being replaced with a 3% css....so,its the current main boss of ToT....it deserves something
Agree, lyka should be rewarding. Since it is a pretty competitive scene hunting lyka, there should be an incentive to do so.
My own opinion: Lyka is a quest boss, so it's not necessarily a bad thing for it to be easier to come by. It still drops 5k NX cards which is reason enough to hunt it! My opinion, continued: Isn't this some circular reasoning? The reason it was so competitive, ie the reason hunting it was such a strong incentive was the fact that it dropped CS. Now there is less of an incentive, so it is less competitive! Problem solved!
Ermm and thats a good thing? Ok, i guess..., previously wich such a juicy price it was insanely camped, with css as a price, its going to have an incentive, but... No one is going to move there 20 mules and camp there for hours and hours, just for the tiny chance of getting a 50-70m scroll... After all the same applies for the previous boss(wich are btw also quest bosses)... Its just that doesnt make sense to me that the previous bosses have that tini tiny price and the main boss hasnt...
Competition was fun and engaging. I made many friends in Tot5. I could barely understand mango3 as she didn't speak much english yet we had a rapport. I met Relmy there as a low level 170 dk wondering how to kill lyka without dying. Jamberry started coming and hunted so effectively I started dubbing her mango4. These are good memories and friends made. What else are we doing on this game?
i kinda understand why they nerfed the reward...compete agains ppl like mango with many mules or linnmay with many ppl playing his account was kinda anoying(altought i really enjoyed those times when i managed to own some maps with just 1 account against vs mango and his/her 6, was really satisfactory) but, no rewrd is just showing that those ppl who think that competition=toxicity won, have a place like that where u have to actually compete, in a mostly cooperative game...was fun..i guess we just have to charish the good memories
And btw..now im wondering if ppl saw the letters CSS and inmeaditly tough chaos scroll...CSS=clean slate scroll....wondering if that 20 ppl voted no know that XD
