Never played before and can't log-in

    on the main site I have made an account ign=dale
    it's saying my password is wrong on the client when i used the same as on the website, or do i need to create account elsewhere too?

    Is your password longer than 12 characters? If so, it seems the client doesn't accept passwords longer than 12 characters.

    i'm giving uop, i probably clicked on the wrong thing anyways, when i try clicking on other things i downloaded im getting virus blocker coming up
