So i have played mapleroyals a while back and have just started to play again. i have a Dk on level 84 and i haven't done anything about/ hp washing. i haven't worn any int gear while leveling except a zak helm with around 15 int and a silver deputy star. the question i wanted to ask here is this: Is it still possible for me to start washing, and if so how long ( levels) would it take for me to reach somwhere comfortable to be ussfell/ vianble in bosses? Or is is not possible anymore and i need to make a new char( i rather not ofc) The base stats Level 84 str 394 dex 43 int 4 luk 4 Hp 6123 ( without any hp gear) Mp 678 i have voted for a long time ( while i was not playing ) and have aquired a few bill so i can buy some gear if i need to. I would love a answer on the question at hand but if u can't give me a precise answer but just some info or a hint in the right direction that would be great to. I realy wanne start leveling and be viable in the end game, but at this point im to scared to invest anymore time in something that maybe wont even work out( so im kinda stuck atm). u can leave a post on this forum or hit me up ingame on my mule that i am leveling in the mean time IGN: Maumaumule if someone want explain it to me over voice chat that would also work for me. any help would be greatly appreciated. to be quite honest, the only class I see doing hp wash is Night Lords, Bowmaster, and Mages. They usually do it for bossing at early levels. Some people just do it for fun to aim for 30k hp. For your case you should be fine, especially since you have high hp and the skill HB. It really depends on your goal
My first character was a DK. And i didnt know i had to wash until i hit lv90ish. From that point i just started adding some base int until 125 (i didnt wanna restart my char). Bought some cheap int gear, scrolled some myself. I quit my drk some time before the new source. I messed up bad cos my drk has 75 base int (which is way too much to wash a drk). But my drk has 21k hp w/o hb post new source thanks to the additional hp they gave us. I believe i spent less than 1bil mesos to wash the hp. But i was gonna have to spend ALOT to reset the base int (i realised this later on so i quit the char and started another class xD). Its really easy to wash a drk. From the guides on forums i believe it costs around 1 bil mesos.
To maximize dps, DKs have to sit below 50% of their HP though. Its recommended you wash to 18750 (iirc). I'd love to play one but playing with my bar half-full makes me feel anxious so its a no-go for me.
Ok few questions 1 what does drk mean 2 you mean I should add some base int till I have 125 or should I aim for 125 int with my hp wash gear witch is around 60 (is 60 int good BTW)
If I recall correctly. I'm not sure if 60 is enough by 135 but for sure it will be as a higher level. There's also other options: equips, medals, hp quests and stuff. Try to focus on getting INT gear before you level up.
Drk = dark knight (4th job) 125 = lv125 not 125 int (this is too much base int for a drk anyway) 60 int total is good enough.
