   Used the forget password function on the new control panel with my username and email address that i know for sure is correct but still not receiving any password recovery email.
   
   Anyone facing the same issue?

   The email is case sensitive
   
   Example, davedeviluke@hotmail and DaveDeviluke@hotmail is different
