    Last thing you did: training in El Nath
    Why do you think you got banned?: My roommate was hacking. I think his ID's were FibiXiong and xoxoPhoebe. I told him about my ID being blocked and asked him what that meant and he said he was blocked too and then he told me that he had been hacking. I've only been training legitimately and selling things in the FM. If you could reconsider whitelisting my characters and just blocking his and not the IP I would really appreciate it.

    Hi Tim,

    Thank you. I tried logging in with a new IP, and I get past the initial "This is an ID that has been Deleted or Blocked from connection". When I try to choose a character, now I get an error saying "Unable to connect to the game server. Please try again later."
    Is there something I can do to fix this?
