Closed Was I banned?

    Why do you think you got banned?: I have no idea. I don't know if I am even banned at all, but searching the error message on the forums, it seems possible.

    I restarted the modem and the router by physically turning it off and on.
    I also rebooted the router via the browser accessing its settings.
    I reinstalled the game, still not able to get past the character screen sadly.
