First one isnt worth anything. It's 1 m.atk above the lowest possible. NPC food. second, I've bought a few around those stats for 20-30m. Unfortunately, wands 5 and 6 come with int instead of luk, so they're almost always higher TMA. If that had been a 148 m.atk with 6 INT (so it had been a wand 5 or 6) you could have sold it to some bishop for maybe 150-200m. Wand 7 market is pretty much limited to ice/lit mages.
