Closed items disapeared during when i was in my shop and disconnected by a surver check

hi I had a incident back a few months ago where I was putting up my shop then I got disconnected cause of the server check when I went back on I couldn't find my items with Fredrick
so basically I lost a 132att (blue neschere crossbow 1.4bil) (110att nishada crossbow 270mil) and a bunch of low level scrolled xbows total of 100mil if there anything you can do solve this problem that would be great thanks

 

It's probably too late and usually you have to provide the staff with sufficient evidence. A screenshot for example.
RULE OF THUMB: If your shop worth 500m+, take a screenshot. Delete it on shop reset.

It happened to me a few times too, take it as a sacrifice for the glory of MapleRoyals!
Donate and enjoy the server. By supporting Royals, they are able to purchase better server equipment, further ensuring quality.

 

This isn’t an issue related to the server equipment and having items that you worked hard for randomly disappear is the last thing that would incentivize people to donate, lol!
