Tbh im not using any 3rd side programs/ hacks. im just makin Meso at the fm doing some leveling or boss hunting with friends and just afk with chulkboard above my head for buying gear. so i hope you could explain it to me so i wont be banned again or you will unban me....

It's still their map for 3 minutes after their last hit. If you're unsure about who the owner of that map is, then use the ~mapowner command. If there's someone else in the map who has control, you need to ask permission before doing anything. If they tell you to leave, you are required to do so. If you do not oblige by what the map owner asks of you, then that is a bannable offense, albeit a minor one.
