I voted for one in character A Family members voted one on character B with mobile phone and log in from the same computer . Already applied for Voting Whitelist
You know that you can't vote like that if you haven't been accepted right? You were permanently banned back in march for vote abuse because of that.
Applying less than 3 hours ago at the time of writing this doesn't save you from your ban. You vote abused before you even thought of the voting whitelist, so you will remain permanently banned.
