game closes after entering my PIC, GM has confirmed there are no bans on my account

    Problem: game closes after entering my PIC, a text box pops up stating "you have been disconnected from the login server. please try again later". A GM has confirmed I am not banned

    Details: I attempted to log in again after not playing for a week and am unable to get past character selection. I did not initially have this issue after the client update, this is a recent issue.

    I have tried rebooting my modem, router and PC.

    I USB tether 4g for my PC in order to play for now. Doesn't take too much data

    Hi everyone, I think this thread can be closed.

    I found out reading similar threads that this happens to NordVPN users, you will need to stop all NordVPN processes before playing MapleRoyals.

    Anyway, thanks for the support!
