Closed Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account

    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Character Name: catcatcat777
    Additional Information: Hey,
    I have played here I think a few years ago, I just downloaded the client to start and play again and opened a new user
    I can't get past the character select screen, after putting in the PIC code the client just closes.
    The troubleshoot guide said I might have a MAC ban, I'm not sure what I ever could've done that would get me a ban honestly
    would be glad if you could tell me what I can do or what's going on.

    I found a fix of downloading some ini file and putting it in the folder and it worked
