    You guys are forcing me to do research at ToT and Krexel to update my shadower guide accordingly. I love it.

    Also glad about the taxes, as Plenty said, prices are getting out of hand.

    Well, there are small loopholes with merchants that people used in GMS commonly to lower the tax. For example people usually put down let's say 9 items for 5m each, if you buy them separately the tax for each item all together comes to be significantly lower than buying whatever you're buying for 45m (you could even do 45 items for 999,999 each for it to be cheaper, but people are too lazy for this). This can't get around most common market trades, though because who honestly trusts every player in this game?

    There likely always going to be ways to get around stuff sadly, but I do think having tax for this reason is good enough. If people start getting scammed for being silly and paying for multiple taxless items, we won't be refunding anyone. ~imboss

    And if anyone is interested:
    Merchant Tax has sunk 1,485,029,710 mesos since it was introduced.
    Owl of Minerva has sunk 12,784,000,000 mesos since introduced.
