    Last thing you did: Stucked in cash shop for past 24 hrs
    Why do you think you got banned?:
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "Already Log In" message
    What GM banned you (optional):

    Hi gm i am requesting for a self ban (3 days) because my characters had been stucked in the Cash Shop for the past 24 hrs and i cant log on to my account due to the "Already Log In" issue. Hence i hope that with this self ban i am able to log on to my account after the ban period is over. Please advise me on this matter. Thank you

    I am fully aware of the self ban t&c. Thank you
