what do you value 11 atk fs as? and how much would I need to topup for this cape to have c/o

 

Finding a bit tough to find a wa 11 for reference but found a wa 10 sold for 6.5b and wa 12 sold for 10b. So I would say 8b would be fair.

Therefore to have the c/0 it would need to be wa 11fs + 4b
