I, Pellegrino, an individual, (hereinafter referred to as "me, I, myself") would like to request a self-ban (hereinafter referred as "self-ban, ban, matter, situation"), and yes I do understand what I am doing can not be taken back. I acknowledge, understand, and agree that I have read the foregoing rules, and any potential conflicts associated with the self-ban I, myself will be fully liable to anything associated with the matter. I further acknowledge and agree that failure to follow self-ban rules, or regulations may result in a longer ban. I agree with all of the foregoing terms set forth in this ban. I further acknowledge that I have been informed and advised via the website the potential risks, and conflicts that may arise as a result of the self-ban including but not limited to request a lift of the situation.
