Hello, Just as the title states, I've been having issues completing the voting process on the Gtop100 website. Once I complete the verification, I click on the red "Vote for Mapleroyals" but 9/10 times nothing will happen and if I'm on my mobile it'll just zoom in. This problem originally happened on my computer, I then switched to voting strictly on my phone and I would have to refresh the page 4 to 5 times, on and off WiFi just for the one vote to go through. This morning I tried to vote and after more than 15-20 refreshes I still cannot finish the voting process. I would like some guidance on how I can fix this issue. Thank you!
On your computer, did you happen to vote on a web browser with Adblock or uBlock or similar active? Because such extensions can interfere with the voting process. So yes, try voting again with the extensions turned off and voting on thr web browser's privacy/incognito mode. For mobile, is best to vote on mobile data and not on Wi-Fi. If you still facing issues on mobile side, try switching on and off your phone and vote again.
