Recently, I have not been getting NX rewards after voting . I have received NX plenty of times prior to these occurrences, but on several occasions within the last couple weeks, I have not received NX. I have tried many of the methods of troubleshooting (ie: turning off ad-blocker, voting on different/private browsers, voting on my phone on mobile data) but I always get the message that I have voted, and that I have to wait before voting again. I have no issues with the verification or voting process itself, but it seems that there may be an issue with getting the NX to my account. I would appreciate any help on this matter. If gtop100 says 'Thank you for voting' and re-directed you to Top Servers, then the vote is successful If gtop100 simply says 'You have already voted, please wait XXX time', the vote wasn't successful and you have to try vote again I would recommend you to check the vote cooldown via Royals website and attempt vote again if Royals website says you can vote https://royals.ms/forum/threads/troubleshooting-voting-issues.140129/
Thank you for your response. Yes, it seems like the vote is successful each time, as I am redirected to the Top Servers page. When I try to vote again after not receiving the NX, the Royals website will allow me to go to the GT100 website, but the GT100 website will not allow me to vote, giving me the message for the vote cooldown. I am usually able to get the NX without issue, and I don't know what could have changed.
Nothing has changed, is just that gtop100 acts like this sometimes - blocking votes It's not something Royals Staff can control and players have tried to contact gtop100 Staff regarding this before, but they will say nothing is wrong lol
