How to regain quest items?

    Is there any solution about getting back the quest items thrown out? :[

    Forfeiting quest is not helpful, cus The Welcoming Ritual 1 and 2 and 3(floating market quests) quest items r dropped, and cant do it again.

    Bump. Also happened to me after completing Hughes' Weird Invention and throwing Oxygen Tank without realizing it's needed to initiate a quest
