Hi dear GMs,

Kindly explain what I did & got banned.
- Last thing I do was farming heartstopper & having conversation with my guild mate on about heartstopper mobs spawns from 4 mobs changed to 3 mobs.
- Also did cc to check & confirm on the mobs spawns & resume to farm heartstopper at cc16

 

You were banned for 7 days for robotic play.

You were holding down shining ray for a very long period of time at stoppers. In the evidence we have, you did not respond to the person attempting to get your attention for several minutes, while still holding down your skill. This type of behavior isn't allowed and was what got you that 7-day ban. You need to be actively looking at your screen and be ready to respond to players who ask for you to show that you're there. This is your first offense, so it's only temporary, but the next time you get banned for this, it will be a permanent ban for you as a person. Please take this week off to read over our game rules again. Your appeal is denied.

Thanks for your explanation but I was in front of of my monitor the whole time, I also have conversations with my guild member & also someone did cc to my cc to buy stopper for 470 each & I did reply him. So as you mention I did not respond to ppl?

If possible please do provide your evidence I didn't respond to others.

We're not obligated to show our evidence as we like to keep our reporters anonymous. If you were in front of your monitor the whole time, you would have responded to the one who recorded you for several minutes. This appeal will not be discussed any further.

AFK farming is not against the rules, but not checking in every minute or so to respond can get you reported. Be more vigilant next time.
