Moderate Characters disappearing in the select screen

Since the last server check, sometimes when I boot up the client my characters are gone. Usually relogging fixes this, but it's still unsettling to see everything wiped. Is this something to be concerned about?

 

Also sometimes I cannot log in at all. It just freezes when I push enter on the password screen.

 

Same here. Just have to wait it out.

 

Both are common issues that have started to reoccur more often. They're nothing to worry about, although they are a little annoying. When the second issue happens, try closing the client and re-opening. You may have to do it a few times but it'll work.
