Closed Quest item thrown by mistake

    Problem: Lost a quest item which cannot be regained
    Details: I accidentally threw Oxygen Tank which I received for completing Hughes' Weird Invention, without realizing I need it to initiate Hughes' Research Material. I cannot regain it since the quest is not repeatable.
