hey gert thanks for replaying, i dont have other players thats all:
Puzzako - 154 NL Mostly playing with him
Galzi - 55 Spearman - played him for 5days or so and quit -
Deepint - 89 ranger - player from 2018, played him 1 month ago for 1 week and got to lvl 89, in the last 2 weeks he is just mule in fm that i put shop with him over night.

i dont have anymore players.

hey yes, my brother and i play in the same players , i play most of the time , my brother helps me at fm and merch.

 

You mentioned 'bad language' in your first post, can you explain further?

 

yes, I got 3 days banned for using inappropriate language while playing dojo this week, I thought maybe it has a connection to the new ban?

After reading game’s terms & conditions, I am aware now that I did a major infraction of account sharing.

I must say that during this period of one month I was playing most of the time, while my brother was only helping me on fm, selling and buying equips and leveling up 5 lvls, which again I was playing most of the time doing pq’s and bosses.

Since it is my first major infraction over 2 years of active account, and given the severity of the violation , for mostly selling and buying items, I am truly asking for consideration of 30 days ban and not permanent.

Unfortunately not knowing the rules is not a good enough excuse, as major account sharing warrants a permanent ban.

 

I’m sorry but it’s not accurate - Account sharing warrants a permanent ban only in 8 cases which are detailed in game’s term & conditions.
In other situations default punishment is 30 days ban (but still subject to the staff discretion).

I mentioned that my brother only was playing during fm, and buying and selling items, i was the sole player who train the char and lvled up.

Given the minority of the infraction I truly believe it’s not one of the 8 cases which warrants permanent ban, and I am asking you to take this for second consideration.

 

You clearly broke #2, which results in an immediate permanent ban for major account sharing.

 

I referenced again in my last comment that I was the sole player who train and lvled up the main character.

therefore I asked for minor account sharing only for using the same account for trading and merchandise.

Please do not close the thread until we will come into understanding.
This is very important to me, I really don’t want to lose my account and stop playing MapleRoyals

 

Yes but he still went on your account and did levelling, it doesn’t matter if it was a side account or main account. This still warrants a major account sharing ban.

Again I insist that I was the sole and only person that was playing and leveling (i.e training) my 3 accounts - puzzako (5 lvls: 150-155), Deepint (34 lvls: 55-89), Galzi (55 lvls: 0-55), I was doing it in a period of 40 days, since I recovered my old MapleRoyals account. I was playing from 2 computers - my home pc, and my laptop which I took with me to the army (I’m a soldier).
My brother played using his laptop (different ip) and all he did was buying and selling items in fm, using owls and trade with people.

yes he went on my accounts, but he didn’t level up.
I encourage you to check my words, and check the ip’s used by us to play the account.
I can provide proofs and documents if needed by me.

I understand What I did is wrong, but due to my brother’s minor part of playing my accounts I ask for your kind consideration.

 

This alone already warrants a permanent major account sharing ban as it includes merching, trading, buying and selling. I’m sorry but your ban will remain permanent.

 

I respect your opinion but I don’t think that
“removing items from or deleting someone else’s character” includes in the definition of merching because merching is the act of removing item and getting amount of money equally to the value of the removed item.

i assume your ban system automatically banned my accounts using comparison of the computers ip’s after it noted a anomalies behavior.
I really ask you to check my words and not just count on the system. again I can provide proofs of my computer ip and my brother’s and sent them to you.

I’m not asking you to cancel the ban, I deserve it, I only asking you to use the punishment noted in game’s terms & conditions for my case, which isn’t one of the 8 cases listed there.
