Disable Flash Jumps and Teleport in FM

Disable FJ/TP, but make everyone 200% movespeed.

 

But then how are Hermits/Night Lords and Mages suppose to get to a FM spot faster?

Being not in the right timezone (server is up around 3 o'clock at night) also feels like an unfair advantage, youknow. f3

 

I agree, it's about a 7 hour delay but at least I have teleport !

Staff is doing server checks quite in random time, every Timezone got the ability to shoot a good FM spot...
But please dont nerf movement Speed or mobility Skills in FM, not beeing able to drop or walking around at 100% speed is just a pain in the ass....

 

Actually, nearly all the server checks are done at 23:59 ST which is 2 am in my time zone.

 

Tbh that's not really true SirRetro. I can speak for European timezone and we don't have the ability to get a fm1 spot if you have normal sleeping schedule. Then again we also don't have the downside of a 1 hour off time like others had last night.

I'm not complaining anyway, gm's have to work whenever they feel like it and if that's around server reset, so be it.

Having teleport/fj disabled in fm would be really frustrating to move around.

 

Have been checking it now, i guess you are right.
The Staff made some months ago this Server checks quite random, i guess because of the new Patch and the Peak of players made it now for a fixed time.
March was the last random SC i guess

@Coryn living myself in germany, i know how you feel, especially if you still have to work.
Best S/C is during weekends or totally random times within the workweek

 

Perhaps, everyone get 200% speed in FM.

 

why not make the fm rush a gm event like event for cc1
like everybody that goes into the fm after maintenance have to will be stunned till a designated time
then the gms will unstun everybody at once to release the chaos

there will be more variety on who gets what spot
its a fair game
and other cc rooms will not be as dead
paying the price for prime locations

(plus its the closest thing to a pvp experience )

 

People park their characters inside FM rooms before the sc.

 

kick em all out by having logouts at the fm to transfer characters to exit rooms in events

anyways its just a fun idea that will probably not be made lel

I don't think Flash Jump/Teleport is as much as a problem as the people who are botting FM spots. It's baffling seeing these odd characters standing over spots and grabbing them and then suspicious players making shops at these spots that should be considered impossible. Fortunately, a few(?) was banned for other reasons last week but the others are still walking around.
