Problems with my accounts

Yesterday I was playing with my accounts normally, today there was a change in my router, before entering when I wanted to vote I left I had already voted, then enter my account and it turns out that the pin does not match, what should I do?

i think you might have forgotten which email you registered that account with

you can only change your email once you get through the login
there is a change email function only after a successful login with the password and PIC

if you forgot the email, that you used to sign up, along with the loss of your PIC, then that is kinda out of the scope of the normal account/PIC recovery
