some questions about NL range and HP washing

    1. currently i am 137 low dex NL with 9253 hp and 2412 mp, along with 89 base int and 100 additional int from eq.
    what is the highest possible damage made by the boss in this svr? i am not sure because i've stopped for a year. i am intending to wash until my hp can cover the damage by level 15x perhaps.

    2. currently after i equipped all my gears, my attack range will be 1734-3024. what is the optimum attacking range by 14x?

    There's no real min dmg range requirement for bosses. It depends on the party, the party leader. Some ppl only take 7k+ NLs for HT, some are cool with 5k-6k NLs. For Zak and Krex, don't think most ppl care, just go with guildies and friends.

    For HT commonly is 6.5k (based on smega)
    For Zak, people usually ask for lvl... at 13x-14x, maybe 3.5 or 4k will have more priority (unless appling). Beyond 150, no one ask for range anymore...

    Otherwise u host the zak, problem solved since you are the one recruiting :)

    You mentioned "unless appling". Does this mean most parties wouldn't mind if I join zak runs without appling? I am asking for general cases like majority of the parties.

    Also can clarify when you mention 6.5k, is it the upper range or the lower range? Same for the 3.5k - 4k.

    My main purpose to ask isn't to be the best or what, but just to know roughly what attack range target I should achieve so that I won't be a burden in parties and waste people's time. Also if a 4k NL has a similar chance of getting into a run as a 3.5k apple NL, maybe I can choose to aim for 4k so that I wont need to spend too much on apples.

    For lower lvls (135-145), unless your range is good, it may be hard to find a party. However, if you are appling, parties are more willing to take you in.

    Range is always referring to higher range

    A 4k will have higher chance getting into the party (that is based on personal experience)

    There are some apple specific parties (they will usually smega "R> attacker, apple run"), these runs are faster probably 15-20mins. There are of course the usual parties that don't state any atk pots requirement (20-30mins, depending on party levels)
