I don't know why I cannot login to the game

My login ID is censored

This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.

I usually login from home and work 2-3 times a day.

How can I solved this issue?

 

I don't know how to hack.
I am not expert for computer.
Just person who like to play a game

I did google search. It seems that GM does not allow me to play in both places.
My workplace and home are only 10 mins walk gap. I come home for lunch then back to work

I think he will tell me that I am selling the account.
How is possible? My highest character is only lv.55. 2 more are just lv.9 and lv.10.
Who gonna buy it?

What's more, if I sell the account, I should change password right?
What about if I am still trying to login from both places, do you think it is a prove that the account is mine.

Maybe I am too old to play other released games in which I think it is too complicated to understand a game.
