Critical Robo Pet evolved then devolved after completing Garnox quest, returned all batterys lost evo rock

Hi guys,

I recently spent about 22k NX on a robo pet and it's food to get it up to 1700 closeness and level 15.

I went and completed the Garnox quest, gave him both the evo rock and 50 cheap batterys.

The robo evolved into the adult blue robo, he ran around with me, then I went into the cash shop, and when I came out, he was back in his baby Robo form.

I read that this is a bug that happens sometimes if you don't log off as soon as you evolve him.

I tried to attach a screenshot but I can't see where to do it.

can I have a refund on the NX and try again? or can you revert him back into his blue evolved form?

I realized this was posted in the wrong place, mods you can delete this thread. I will repost in character issues
