    What does : "*I have the right to not sell this if I don't feel comfortable to sell this item." even mean?
    that - if last bidder hits the S/B and not reach the A/W you will feel uncomfortable to sell? why put S/B A/W then?

    Such a sentence is placed on public auction where S/B is 1 meso and a/w is not set.:confused::confused::confused:
