    After so many incidents happened in 2020, I realized life is really short and fragile. Some of them don’t say goodbye and leave the world like whooshhhh. I decided to say whatever to respective people whom I wish they know. Regardless whoever is belonging to past or present, as long I still care a lot, I’ll tell. I wish that one day if he, she, it or me leaving this world, I hope that I will never regret for not voicing out my feelings.

    Maybe people keep removing you off of Facebook because you’re a micromanaging bitch, you like to control people, and you’re fake. Just a thought? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    So many people have come forward and asked me why I still put up with it, and to be quite honest with you I don’t deal with it well. You’ve always been like this and you refuse to accept change, and you also refuse to be happy for me when things are perfect. There’s always a problem with you, and you love to blow things out of proportion. You have no boundaries, you have no respect for other people’s property, and you love to covertly cause problems between everyone while pretending you have no idea what happened.
    You are worse than a shitty roommate, you do absolutely nothing and expect everything to be done perfectly. Whenever it is, you ruin it within hours and then complain some more.

    You like to sabotage everything, and then you wonder why you’re losing 10+ year friendships— it’s because people are tired of putting up with your shit.

    I didn’t have a choice, I had to live with it. But I won’t be for much longer! :^)

    4 months ago you approached me to form a partnership. You pitched the idea and I think it was feasible. So I took the risk and joined the team because I had nothing to lose. Over time, COVID became worse and I had to reevaluate my career choices. My doubts of the idea started emerging, and I questioned it as vigorously and thoroughly as I can. But none of you could give me a satisfactory answer. All I got was "Good point.", as if that answers anything.

    Up till today, I have no idea what's going on in the company. Asked for update, all I'm told is I'm on a need-to-know basis. What the actual fuck? How is that even a partnership? Not to mention that I'm not even getting any compensation (Yeah, you read it right. I've been doing it for free), no benefits, whatsoever.

    Told the team that I have obligation to my existing employers (since I'm getting paid, obviously). But it seems that no one even acknowledge it. The only thing this team is good at is rushing the only developer (i.e. me) for an update, while the rest does nothing (making an assumption here, since you know, I have no idea what the fuck is going on in the company). I understand some of you already have a stable career (or wow, own multiple businesses), good for you. But did you ever consider how it's like being a fresh graduate during this unprecedented time?

    Today, I decided it's best for me to link the team with a potential candidate to take over my place because that's the least I can do. Instead of being mutually understanding and exchanging pleasant farewells, you questioned my work ethics and told me "Actually we have contacts all along". So what are you trying to imply? That I was a cheaper alternative? Or because you think I needed this? This was my last straw and I'm glad I told you all the reasons leading up to my exit from this supposedly "partnership". Perhaps start treating your partners like an actual partner, rather than micromanaging. Maybe then your partnership and idea might succeed.
