I just recently hit 135.. as someone who came back to MS for the nostalgia i was very excited to start bossing again. Sadly I found that either everyone who runs daily is already spoken for (so they do the 2 runs and cant run anymore), people dont want to take a low 13x to bosses, or people dont boss that much.
Its not like im very weak either, my attack range is 2544~4562 clean and i also always smega saying im willing to apple.

Either way I'm just trying to see other peoples experiences.

Edit : Thank you to all the people who responded! Im very appreciative of the responses ^.^
    Edit 2 : If anyone wants to add me I'm a 137 Hero IGN : Torontonian3.

I experienced the same thing as you when I got my bucc to 135. New source's botched release had killed my previous guild so I didn't really know anyone when I came back. It was definitely tough for a while as a new attacker, and I would spend entire evenings with client open waiting for people to smega recruiting for bosses. However, when I got into runs, I always tried to be friendly and add people after runs, and eventually saw that many people directly recruit from their buddy list. Eventually I joined a guild whom I had been bossing semi consistently with, and from there began primarily running with guild members.

So tl;dr I really empathize with how slow it is starting out, and that it can be discouraging. But in the end Maple is a social game, and meeting people / making friends will generally make bossing more accessible than having a better clean range, so I'd really recommend trying to connect with people both through adding them as friends and by joining a friendly guild.

Yeah, same here. I had issues getting recruited till 140s

It was really hard to get into public Zak and Krex runs, those that I do manage to get it, I buddied the organiser, as their more likely to recruit the same faces again. Joining a guild in the same timezone/region helps a lot and save a lot of time in recruiting a party.

    Good luck man.

Kinda similar to Tsue, I started off waiting for smegas and after luckily befriending some buddies at Zak runs, got invited to join a guild that bosses a lot together. (this was after a great zak run where we just vibed a lot, chatted and had fun)

Also, would love to boss with you sometime! feel free to buddy/pm me ^^ IGN HolyWaffles

Definitely recruit your own runs, too. Smega for 4 or 5 other people like yourself. Considering the amount of these threads I'm seeing recently, there should be plenty of fresh 135s itching to boss.

On the flipside, when you do join a pub, buddy the other runners and leader for future runs. Try to build a network.
