    WHY DO I THINK I GOT BANNED?: I have absolutely no idea.
    BAN MESSAGE WHEN ATTEMPTING LOGIN: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection"

    Yes, I do. My brother used to own that account. That was his IGN. We both took a 3 year break from MapleRoyals. When we came back, he noticed that his account was hacked. The person who hacked him kept playing and posting/selling in forums also. Eventually that account was permanent banned. We do not in any way, shape or form share accounts. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you.

    We each have our own computer, but we do share one occasionally. Sometimes one computer is occupied by other family members for other uses.

    He did try. He recovered the forum account successfully; but unfortunately, the in game account was already permanently banned. It shows the blue permanent ban notice. He also has screenshot as proof if needed. Please let me know. Thank you.

    He figured since he was hacked and banned, he'd create a new character with different information in order to reduce the chances of getting hacked and losing his items again. Should he be ban appealing in this case? Please provide me with further notice/steps. Thanks.

    I don’t understand how a person can get banned for hacking on the account that got hacked. We proved our innocence then gets banned for voting abuse. By looking at all of the previous ban appeals, I still believe that the system isn’t fair. It’s very inconsistent. If anything, we deserve a three day ban for whitelist voting. Especially when it’s our first offense also. I do see that you guys are just doing your job. But at the end of the day, it is what it is. Best of luck to you!

    your vote abuse ban isnt for a simple double voting between you and your brother. you vote for up to 4 accounts on certain days.
