Hi Ray, thanks for the reply! I realised I had made a typo on my ign and forgot to proofread, my main's ign is Lolii (two i's at the back). Would this change the situation?
Can you list all the characters that you own? if you don't remember the name, just classes will do too.
Hi Tim and Ray, @Tim Yeap! As mentioned in my second post I wanted to clarify that there are two ii's at the back of my main character, and it would show up as LolIi (which in game would look like Lolli *with ref to my original ban appeal*)! @Ray, as mentioned in my first post on the account the main is LolIi, and 3 mules which are rarely used lvl 8, lvl 24 rogue, and a lvl 13 archer (1st page). My other characters weren't as focused as my main, but if I recall correctly, they are xNong and xSerinaX.
