    character name: blaugrana (not sure if i have any other characters)
    last thing you did: I believe I was in fm? It has been at least 2-3 years since i logged on to that account
    why do you think you got banned?: I believe it was because I haven't updated mapleroyals to the newest version
    ban message when attempting to log in: this is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection

    You were banned for having outdated files, have you updated them to the most recent version?

    Yes, I had just updated to the newest file last night (for the first time in a few years).
