That's my characters in that account. other characters I own namely: MomoChan, Marchee, Banque, LyLy, OrienteD, aPala, Shingle, Laroche,... I can access to other accounts and is there any bug reported that missing 10%, 60%, 30% scrolls since my mules are mostly empty of my earlier savings

I just think of a possibility someone hacked into my series of accounts and took advantage of my voted nx and I didnt know since I havent logged in for a while. Im a messy person so my inventories were kinda untidy, but when I logged on today I saw most of my items/ attack gears gone! all of scrolls (10% 30% 60%) gone too! nearly bare characters and neat inventories (auto-arrange function) (!?) . More specifically: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/missing-scrolls-items.164333/ . I only play on my hometown IP (Vietnam, no VPN). I halt my mapling from the middle of March (maybe 10th March) and just restart today . Im willing to provide any information that the staff queries to help the investigation go smooth. I wish my belongings are still somewhere in the invader's accounts so that I could recover them back before the anniversary starts
I only log on with my hometown IP - Vietnam! Mostly at home and the coffeeshop near me You can check all of my accounts which shares the same credential about my fact . Edited: Ps: i think i only play m.royals, aries, ems. The two latters were long time ago. Im not sure about my id and pw on those and if they required pic and pin (?) . Ps2: I did change my pw, pic and pin in Maple Royals and kept the remaining items/ mesos intact for your investigation. Xoxo
Hi! I know you and other staff are all swamped but a little clue about my case is all of my accounts start with form xxxx , xxxx1, xxxx2, xxxx3,.... and yyyy0, yyyy1,... ( I have 2 series of account, and they share the same credentials). Im pretty sure that my xxxx accounts were invaded and exploited by someone. when i was on in the Valentines' i swapped some equips to the yyyy accounts and they were still there, but the xxxx were empty of scrolls (2-3 storage), equips, attack weapon specified for my FP & NL and mesos flied away. \ i can reveal the xxxx and yyyy if you guys need that to claim they are my possessions . about major vote abuse, Im sure that Im a law-abiding player. I only vote on 1 account to keep myself concious from nx shopping spree! I didnt know that account was banned back in March (i quitted at that time til now) and in that period of time i still vote on that account intermittently. You might check this fact easily! . hope that u guys doing well and my appeal and character issues solved soon. looks like your account with Fiummery on it got hacked due to your poor account security, make sure you change your account details on www.royals.ms/controlpanel you should be able to connect again

we dont return items that were taken from you if you were hacked due to your poor account security (having your login details leaked somewhere else online)
