IGN: dhbm Problem: Dropped scarlion helmet while clearing inventory Details: I was dropping a dex scarlion helmet but accidentally equipped it and dropped my str scarlion helmet instead. I was waiting for the boat at the time so it happened at around 1:57 - 2:02 server time on 2020-06-22. Attached is a screenshot of my helmet. I understand this was my own carelessness but would really appreciate any assistance! Thank you!
Unfortunately that was player error and I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but we don't refund player error. I'm really sorry about that.
