Closed Dage5 Can't log in after PIC

    I don't remember the last thing i did, probably at the fm

    i have'nt logged in in about a month and i re downloaded the game.
    after the PIC it takes me back to the log in screen and when i try to log in again it says that this account is already logged in.

    I have a mule on the same acc but i don't remember his name cause i haven't used it
    my only main character out of the two is Dage5

    ho btw i just realized, when i'm trying to log into my gf's account from my computer we see the same problem. on the pic screen there is a lag and it takes us back to the log in screen then it says that this acc is already logged in.
    it all started happening a few days ago after i haven't logged in in about a month or so

    we live in the same house hold with only one computer. however we do not vote from the same ip
    she vote for herself from a different ip and i vote for myself from the ip and computer in my house, she does that at work. we only got one computer in our house.
    so we both cant log in now same problem appear

    could it be from a few years ago? when i had maybe 2 or 3 other acc?
    cause i dont know anything about that. since my last bann appeal which was the cause of me not login in for like a couple years and the admin told me "checked and unbanned"
    ever since this computer has been logged in by two accounts that i mentioned earlier. then i have'nt played in like a month or so.
    no other accounts has been played here besides those two.

    you should be able to play the game now, one of your old accounts was banned for playing on outdated game files

    sorry for delay replying but i tried now and i have the same problem. after the pic on the character selsect i get taken back to the log in screen with a " unable to connect to the game server' please try again later' and when i try to log in " this account is already logged in"

    Ok so i re downloaded the game and it works atm no problem.
