Even though it was my first offense and in the rules its says first offense worth 7 days ban, it was 1 year ago. You were botting because you were not responding to whispers and attempts to contact you in 2019. You were given plenty of time to respond, and then you were walking into walls and spamming your skills at nothing. That does not fall under the First Offence category because your actions clearly show you not responding to multiple attempts for several minutes.
Good it. I think my case was different, if someone was trying to talk with me i would notice like i notice before like I knew no gm was involve my case. Just because it wasn't a GM who did not interact with you doesn't mean we'll give you a free pass, sorry. You were ignoring someone for several minutes while running into walls and spamming your skills at nothing. The person in the video tried well over 15+ times to get a response from you, and you kept ignoring him doing your rotation. You say you'd notice if someone was trying to talk to you, but the person was literally sitting there trying to get your attention for several minutes. Unfortunately we do not pardon this type of behavior, so I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you will remain banned.
