IGN: Reciprocal, aggregate, penciinl, penciiroll, mite, blackouts, grimtooth Problem: DC-ed from Auf Haven on June 09 2020, 12:27 servertime. Details: Our party DC-ed from Auf Haven. From the screenshots above, you can see that my party members all sent me a discord message regarding their DCs at exactly the same time (8:27 pm GMT+8). In the second and third screenshots, the chats implied that we were going to kill Auf Haven and reached the Auf Haven boss when we dc-ed. The last screenshot shows Karven saying "server's up" which proves that the server was indeed down at that period of time. On behalf of my party, I humbly request that the staff consider my request for a rewarp based on the evidence provided, although there is no proper screenshot of us in the boss run itself. Thank you
Unfortunately our logs only show a mass dc for June 13th, so we're unable to refund this for June 9th. Sorry for the delay we're backlogged at the moment.
Do you mean the logs show that there wasn't a mass DC on June 9th? Or that your logs only show up to June 13th and hence unable to confirm a mass dc on June 9th? Either way, that's the point of my screenshots isn't it? To prove that there was indeed a mass DC on June 9th..? Are you able to confirm with the other GMs on this matter? Because I have been contacting a GM who confirms there was a mass DC on that day, but needed me to post a thread for the rewarp.
I've checked our Disconnections section in Staff chat and the earliest date other than June 13th, was in May. There's no record at all for June 9th in Announcements or Server Status in MapleRoyals Discord either, so I don't understand why another GM confirmed it for you when we didn't have it logged, maybe I'm overlooking it and we forgot to log it I don't know, but I'm not seeing anything. But feel free to ask for someone else. Already made a note, someone will get back to you.
I've checked this again and can see there was a mass disconnect, it just wasn't logged properly on our side, and we can rewarp you for this. You will need to organise a time which is suitable and gather up all (or as many of) the party members listed, and we will figure out a way to warp you back to the boss room. Please let us know an approximate date/time that you want this to happen.
