Enable name change

    Enable in game nickname change for a price of few bil. One can only change their name once per character :x. I think it'll help mesos sink and also help players who wana chg their name right~~

    Buddy and guildmate will receive a message saying player XXX has change his/her name to YYY

    Few bil? nah, 2-3 hundred mil maybe, Or even back in the nx shop (not donor), and yes once per character.

    I think this should stay donater only. Matt pays money out of his own pocket for this server so the donation money really helps, so if its really worth it to change your name then donate and help the server out.:)

    Consider it used to cost real money (NX) in gms to change your name, and most things that did cost NX are free here- it's reasonable to keep something like that donator to help out the server cost and what not.

    I bet y'all gonna change to Mudkipz if this is allowed without paying real money. So it makes sense to make it donator-only ^_^
