Closed APR can't trade or drop

    Problem: Can't trade/drop APR's.
    Details: I'm level 53 cleric. I want to give my APRs to my friend(IGN: NASINASI), who is a level 51 hunter. I start up a trade request, but only get a trade unsuccessful window at last. I've already tried to reinstall and drop my APR directly. Apparently, they aren't able to solve the problem. Thanks for your help.

    deleted 7 ap and refunded 21700 nx, you should be able to buy and transfer ap resets again
