    Good day sir and or madame,

    I am a returning player and when i tried to log on to your nice server today it said cant log in caus of acount being blocked or deleted...
    i read somewhere i needed to post a ban apeal so thats what i did't
    can u help me ? :)

    seems like your account got hacked a while ago due to your poor account security. you should change your accoutn details on www.royals.ms/controlpanel after doing that you should be able to connect again
