Hi, I'm new to this server.

I am just wondering is there a detailed explanation about the event.
I mean, I found a general notice about the event at below.

But I don't know from where I can get event scroll or..
what item I can get after I get Cake Boss.

Is there a detailed explanation about the 7th event?
And as far as I know, we can get event scroll only this period of the year, is it true?

I don't know where I can get all of that information.
