Idea: A Private Shoutbox that only GMs & Admins can see

Would a shoutbox that ONLY GMs and Admins can see be a good idea? Kind of like a private chat box in case someone would like to ask a GM a specific question that the person doesn't want other players to see? Anyone could type into the shoutbox, but they would only be able to see their message and the message a GM would respond to them with. Kind of like "texting a GM" vs. "e-mailing a GM". The response time would be quicker.

For example: "This IGN threatened me, or called me so and so. Should I report them?"
Or "I found IGN Hacking at this map. Any GM available?" **I know this scenario happens quite often in the Shoutbox, and we are constantly telling the person not to say the IGN of the hacker in public. Doing so might tip off the hacker named to transfer money and items to another account.

I feel like sending private messages every time someone has a specific question for a specific GM would just crowd up their inboxes. And I'm not sure how whispering works with GMs. Are there people who keep track of all of the GMs IGNs and bug them in-game whenever they have an issue? I've only ever whispered a GM when they contact me first.

I know the 50 message rule was put into place to stop "spam" from a lot of people. That was a good idea. Only people who participate on the Forum can PM a Staff Member.

I don't know. I feel like this would be an alternative to crowding up the Staff's Inboxes, but maybe it would just add to the list of things GMs have to check every time they come on.
