IGN: Simplified Problem: Character get d/c when I login. Details: I login normally, but when the screen turns black I get d/c right after I enter my PIC and login to the game. I updated the game files after the last patch, but its still happening. I think it could be because my character is probably in some map which causes d/c, so if you can move my character to a main town it might help.
Yes, I downloaded and installed. After that I tried to login again, I still have this problem. I already stated I'm not zofran. I ask that this trolling will stop immediately. If the problem I'm experiencing now is because I'm banned because you think I am zofran, please unban me immediately because I'm not him.
...? If you were banned it would tell you "this connection has been blocked/deleted" Please don't automatically assume that we banned you based on this running joke.
This running joke is very annoying, I must admit. So you gotta understand my side of this situation too, not just yours. Also I dont see you have done much to stop the trolling about it, despite the fact I reported trolling posts to you. If I'm not banned what else can I try to solve the problem?
I noticed you are from israel, and we have a ton of players who have trouble connecting because of that. Regional areas (Israel and SG to name a couple) sometimes have a harder time connecting due to certain ISPs. So might I suggest trying a purchased VPN? If you use a free one, your IP will always change, and it be flagged for suspicious activity / vote abuse. Please only do what I suggested once you've confirmed that you've properly updated your files though. (Matt sniped me)
Israel players that use HOTnet do get the connection issue Can you confirm your ISP host, and also if you are using any VPNs?
I tried logging in today and was able to login and play normally! It seems everything's okay right now. so it seems this problem only happens sometimes and right now everything's working properly. But this could happen again at some point, so I cant really say its 100% resolved. Well I really hope I wont be accused of suspicious activity / vote abuse because I never do these things. I'm not sure what a VPN is, and I dont know what I need to ask my ISP. Can you explain better? Or would you say if right now I can login without any problems, then we dont need to do anything to prevent it from happening, and just be optimistic. But anyways right now I can login fine. I just thought if there's something I cna do now to prevent it from happening again, then you can explain what I need to do and I'll do it. Would you say its an urgent issue? Thank you.
My ISP is Cellcom Telecommunications, not HOT net. Did any players have problem with Cellcom too? Or just with Hot net.
VPN is shortform for Virtual Private Network where the user can mask their IP address, or even connect via another country's network Some players use VPN for better stability in playing Royals, but it may also block the login (situational)
Actually I got a different question to ask you. What if all the players trolling about the banned Zofran player, they continue with this trolling with me so much that, one day. Someone from Staff decides to believe I'm Zofran even if I'm not and ban me for that? Do you realize how terrible that would be? And I wouldnt be able to do anything about it too, if that happens.
The Staff won't ban for no reason, they don't ban with just assumptions If you have doubts to clear regarding the above scenario, it's better to confirm with a GM
Yes, they would have reason by thinking "oh they keep accusing this player of being Zofran so we will ban him, he's probably Zofran like they keep saying about him". That's what they would probably think. I can say I wont be worried anymore about it, only if someone from Staff comes here and replies here and tells me they are 100% sure I'm not Zofran and that they have no plans to ban me soon.
I'm not saying Staff are evil or dumb, just saying if I want to be 100% sure everything's okay, I need an official announcement or response from a Staff member about this issue.
I have already told you that we do not ban players unless we have proof. If you are not Zofran then there is nothing to worry about. However, if you are Zofran (I’m saying if. I’m not accusing you, so don’t come after me please.) then you will be punished accordingly. You are saying that you are not him, so stop worrying about it. Unless... (I’m kidding, of course.)
