Unable to connect to game server

    Hey, I get the error "unable to connect to game server" after picking a character.
    I fill username & password, select channel then pick character and write the PIC, the game stuck for 5-10 seconds and then:

    I have tried to:
    1. Restart the game
    2. Restart my PC
    3. Tried to run MapleRoyals from my VM
    4. Tried another user too
    5. Restart the router
    6. Run in compatibility mode

    How can I solve this?
