Sooo...I bought a Venus Fireworks ring. But neither I, nor the person I chose received anything. It was 6000 NX Also, I put a ticket into Singapore's gachapon and received nothing in return. I have a screenshot of this that I can provide if need be. In addition, I seem to be unable to get Witchgrass Leaves for Icarus' quest. Is there another way to obtain them or the cape? And I'm not sure if this is normal, but I disconnect every time I try to leave the Cash Shop. Sorry for all the trouble!
For the witchgrass leaves i think you have to hit the plants from the right hand side. The drop rate isn't too great but it wasn't that great in GMS either. Hope this helps

As for the witch grass leaves, Cinnamon and I have been hitting them from the right like Scimix said (you can't hit the plants if you don't), but nothing has dropped yet. I have the "Icarus and the Flying Pill" quest activated like another website suggested, but someone just told me that they don't drop at all? Note: I've tried changing channels and quitting and restarting the quest.
I am having the same problem with the witch grass leaves. After hitting them correctly over 25 times, not a single leaf has spawned.
